Ben McEniery

Ben McEniery has a commercial law practice that includes intellectual property, IT law, tax, property, and wills and estates. He is recommended as a leading Queensland Intellectual Property and Technology barrister by Doyle’s Guide.

Before being called to the bar, Ben practised as a solicitor at Clayton Utz and was a lecturer in law at the Queensland University of Technology.

Ben is a graduate of the University of Queensland, holding a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in computer science) (1999) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) (2000). He also holds a Master of Laws (2004) and Doctor of Philosophy (2010) from the Queensland University of Technology. Ben was called to the bar in 2011.
