Amelia Wheatley KC

Amelia Wheatley KC has a broad commercial and public law practice, having been called to the Bar in 2005 and taking silk in 2019. Prior to that, she was an associate in the Federal Court of Australia and also practised as a solicitor, completing articles of clerkship while studying Law externally. 

Amelia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce as well as a Master of Laws. Amelia is a member of several committees of the Bar Association of Queensland, a member of the ABA’s Taxation Committee and on the Insolvency and Restructuring Committee for the Law Council of Australia.
