Vince has extensive experience in commercial and corporations law, specialising in taxation and insolvency. He regularly appears in the trial and appellate jurisdictions of the Federal Court of Australia (including the Full Court), the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Administrative Review Tribunal (formerly, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal).

Before being called to the Bar, he served as Associate to Senior Judge Skoien in the District Court of Queensland. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons).
