Michael has a broad commercial and civil practice across both State and Federal Courts.
His commercial work includes acting for and against individuals, company directors, and corporations. He also accepts briefs in regulatory and administrative law matters and has acted both for and against State and Commonwealth agencies.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Michael practiced as a solicitor at both boutique and national firms where he focused primarily on commercial disputes. He was also a Senior Lawyer in Legal Aid Queensland’s civil law team, where he conducted administrative appeals in the Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Court of Australia.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialisation in commercial litigation.
